Why Franchise?

Franchising Brings Out the Best in Small Business
Small businesses are a dynamic, resilient market sector with vast potential. Randy Mitchell can help coach you while you make your franchise dreams come true. Franchises are a strong force of this sector. Why are franchises so unique among all small businesses?Franchisors provide you with a proven system to follow. That’s S.Y.S.T.E.M., as in “Save Your Self Time, Energy, and Money.” They give you a structure to follow. Franchisors can only be successful if their franchisees are successful. This makes for a win-win relationship that is unique in the business world.
A Business is Simply a Vehicle to Get You to Your Goals
Most people think you have to base a business on something you love or skills you already have. The reality is, successful people are in “the business of business.” They don’t necessarily have a love affair with the product or service.Simply put, you don’t have to love a product to capitalize on it. You only have to be committed to your success and do whatever it takes to achieve it.

Could Myths Be Preventing You From Becoming a Legend?

Perhaps you’ve heard some of these preconceptions. Let us take a moment to dispel them.

Myth 1: Finding the right business will make me successful.
Don’t sell yourself short. You’re already successful in key areas of your career and your life. We’ll help you discover specific career options that are compatible with those qualities.
Myth 2: The secret to success is finding a career doing something I love.
Brace yourself: Businesses founded on the owner’s background, experience or knowledge have the highest incidence of failure. If you restrict your options to things you’re already good at, you shut down a universe of possibilities.
Myth 3: I’ll know the right opportunity when I see it.
That’s a trap: Believing that you’ll fall in love at first sight. Many people make an emotional connection with a career and invest months of hard work, only to find that it doesn’t meet their needs. Our process helps you avoid that pitfall.
Myth 4: I can’t be in the____________ business!I don’t know a blankety blank thing about_____s!
You don’t have to. You hire people who do. You’re in the business of growing a business. That’s where the action and the fun are.
Myth 5: Corporate HQ will dictate everything. I won’t have any control.
Franchisors provide the framework, but you manage, market and promote the business. You’re in charge. Remember: Franchisors don’t win unless you win. It’s truly a win/win situation.
Myth 6: I can’t be creative in a franchise.
The creativity comes in managing and marketing a proven process. And there’s plenty of room for your ideas. You’d be astonished to know how many product and service innovations have come from franchisees, not the parent company.
Myth 7: A franchise requires more money than I can afford.
That depends on how you approach it. Our most successful clients have seen it as an investment. Before you let money concerns squelch your future, talk to us. Like owning a home, there are many ways to finance a franchise. We know the ropes. Let us advise you.

Latest Trends: Franchise Population Booms

Never before have there been so many choices in franchising. An area that once seemed synonymous with hamburgers now includes hundreds of different businesses. Hot trends include:
  • Pre-schools and child care services
  • Work-out centers,
  • Niche food services, such as pretzels, burritos and chicken wings
  • Senior day care centers
  • Decorating services
In fact, if you can think of a service or a product, there’s probably a franchise in it – or will be soon.
Another trend sees more and more franchises that can be operated as home-based businesses. And the number of women franchise operators is growing.
No one knows the franchise world as well as The Entrepreneur’s Source. Call Randy Mitchell today to learn more about franchising options - 866-943-7700.

Why Work WIth An Entrpreneur Coach?

Why Use a Coach?
Coaches Take You From Being Good to Being Your Best
What is the "secret" behind successful people ... Lee Iacocca, Bill Gates, Eleanor Roosevelt, Paul Newman, Vince Lombardi, Oprah Winfrey, Michael Jordan and Tiger Woods?
The secret is … they all had a coach or mentor to guide them!
What’s the “difference” between them and you? Perhaps you haven’t had a coach. Yet.

What Coaches Do
Coaches help their clients set better goals and then help them reach those goals.
Coaches ask their clients to do more than they would have done on their own.
Coaches focus their clients better to produce results more quickly.
Coaches provide their clients with the tools, support and structure to accomplish more than they think possible.

Our Educational Process
Did You Teach Yourself to Read?
In our information-rich society, we’ve become accustomed to teaching ourselves. Buying a book. Exploring the Internet. Turning on the television. So you may be thinking, “I can look at business ownership opportunities by myself.”
OK, but choosing an alternative career is a complex process. It’s hard to match the experience our coaches offer you. We’ve worked with hundreds of enterprises worldwide. So we can draw from a wider panorama of options, including ones you might never find on your own. Because of our experience, we can also help you sift through the glut of information available today.
Keep this in mind: 95% of our clients discover possibilities they wouldn’t even have looked at on their own. We help you avoid false starts and channel your energies where they will give you the best return.
Finance 101
The cost of owning a business varies. Sometimes it’s as little as $25,000. But whatever your circumstances, there may well be ways to finance your future and make a relatively small investment grow. The Entrepreneur’s Source will help you examine a wide selection of investment options. Chances are, you wouldn’t discover them on your own.

No Verdicts, No Decisions, No Judgments
We all share an instinct inherited from our prehistoric ancestors: When we face a challenge, we either stand our ground and fight – or we run back to the cave and hide. So it’s only natural to see obstacles and avoid risk.
We understand how you feel, which is why we want you to understand from the outset that you don’t need to make any decisions today, tomorrow, next week or next month. The only commitments you make by contacting The Entrepreneur’s Source are to:
Learn more about business ownership options;
Examine your own needs, goals and expectations; and to
Have an open mind
Give yourself the freedom to look at different choices without prejudice and without any pressure. Find out more about our how we operate. If it feels right, then give us a call. You don’t have to come out of the cave until you’re ready.
